The McCloud Condo Association in Incline Village, Nev., received a significant reduction in insurance premiums for a second year in a row.
The Tribune previously reported on the HOA’s 33% premium reduction and how it received the over $400,000 discount in the article titled, How an Incline Village HOA received a 33% insurance reduction amid wildfire driven increases and non-renewals.
Over the last year, the McCloud Condo Association has reinvested around half of those savings towards additional wildfire mitigation and home hardening.
