Main takeaway

Washoe County’s message is “Don’t Wait, Washoe.” Voting early can reduce wait times, while returning mail ballots early gives election officials more time to process ballots and include them in initial Election Night results.

The county emphasizes that residents can choose whichever vote center is most convenient, regardless of where they live.

For an Incline Village and Crystal Bay community newsletter, the most useful information to highlight would be the early voting dates, the ability to vote at any Washoe County vote center, and the link to find voting locations.
